  1. Great Lake Sworm Watch is a local voluntary non-profit, public association, which aims to promote the development of programs and activities for the conservation and reproduction of a favorable for life natural environment, the preservation of the health of American residents, the implementation of educational activities, the protection of environmental rights of citizens, participation in environmental protection activities, the rational use of natural resources, environmental policy implementation, promotion of creative initiatives, and the development of the environment.
  1. the Society shall act on the principles of voluntariness, equality of its members, self-government, transparency, legality, and shall be an independent public association.
  2. The Society can cooperate with state, public, other organizations, movements, and individual citizens in order to solve common problems with the Society. On the basis of cooperation and exchange of experience, the Society can contact environmental authorities and organizations of other countries, international environmental organizations and associations.
  3. The Company is a legal entity, has separate property and an independent balance sheet, seal and stamp with its name, approved by the Presidium of the City Council of the Company, and may open accounts with banking institutions.
